Jim Robinson is in surgery today and the last thing he needs to be worried about is whether or not the freepathon is going to continue for another day/week/month.

That was an alert home care nurse —— otherwise the urea level might not have been found. Prayers that your doctors can find the cause and bring it back to normal. No fun feeling sick and weak after what you’ve just been through.

If there is anything new and Jim doesn’t feel like posting, I will try to get an update for everyone.
I usually talk to him or Sheila every day or two. It seems that he is at the VA at least 4 days a week.

On a personal note, I've had several friends of different ages who have MS.
Some take no medication and have done well.
Others do take medications but have had to take little timeouts with the meds if issues arise.
No matter what, Jim has to remember to drink water and see a doctor.
I would think the hospital would give him saline if he does go in.
PAIN often is associated with a LACK OF HYDRATION, so a lot of his pain can be caused by the dehydration as well.
His doctor will know best, God bless him and I hope he gets the good care and attention he needs and deserves.
