That is one of the stupidest statements ever made. CNN consists of a bunch of idiots making up news.
How many previous Supreme Court Justices have been disbarred? I understand there is no provision in the Constitution stating that Supreme Court Justices must be attorneys, but how “in love” does one have to be to honestly ask if a disbarred attorney would make a Supreme Court Justice?
The fact that this is a serious question really makes me want to scream. Can you imagine the outrage if Foxnews had a poll that said “Would Ann Coulter make a good Supreme Court Justice?”
Life is not without its mercies. The older I get, the worse my hearing gets. I probably would have been one of the other seven.

He was disbarred by the U.S. Supreme Court itself - what a question for CNN to even ask if he’d be qualified to sit on the same Court that disbarred him.
What the heck makes a good SCJ? It’s all about your ideology. The only skill involved is coming up with enough BS to justify your position. Even Roe v. Wade shows us that being an oligarch does not take much skill at all.

NOt only would it be a disaster, but I wonder if it would cause the 4 or 5 justices with integrity to step down in protest. Then herself could pack the entire supreme court.
maybe the CJ could just refuse to hear any cases until Billy Jeff resigned.
He was impeached and is distinguished from other Americans by being the only man to be elected president and impeached.
