How many previous Supreme Court Justices have been disbarred? I understand there is no provision in the Constitution stating that Supreme Court Justices must be attorneys, but how “in love” does one have to be to honestly ask if a disbarred attorney would make a Supreme Court Justice?
The fact that this is a serious question really makes me want to scream. Can you imagine the outrage if Foxnews had a poll that said “Would Ann Coulter make a good Supreme Court Justice?”
