Thank you, CedarDave, for that photo above... love it! Let's hope we see a repeat of that scenario in NH, NV, SC, NY, FL, etc. ;-D

re Huckester’s son killing the dog, etc. I posted it on Mark’s thread several days ago. Last April he also took a gun aboard a plane and was arested Posted this earlier on thi thread. Folks need to know what kind of a bunch the Huckesters are.

The Dim's won't be so dumb as to ignore that type of info in the general campaign.

Since Rush Limbaugh was soundly wrong with his assessment that all a POTUS can do is, as Huck described it, just wait for a Supreme Court vacancy...I'd like to see...

Great point!

From Reagan's Abortion and the Conscience of the Nation: Malcolm Muggeridge, the English writer, goes right to the heart of the matter: "Either life is always and in all circumstances sacred, or intrinsically of no account; it is inconceivable that it should be in some cases the one, and in some the other." The sanctity of innocent human life is a principle that Congress should proclaim at every opportunity.

Vote for me, I'm 100% "pro-life" after I was against it, but anyway I can't really do anything about it, doesn't cut it anymore.

Interesting.

I still have the persistent feeling that Huckabee is an NWO . . . orchestrated, planted, programmed something or other. wish I didn’t feel that way, but I do.

As are virtually all the rest . . . I support Fred T but I can’t say I trust him to be devoid of NWO programming either.

[Paul] Funded by George Soros money no doubt....:/

I've never understood this accusation. What did Soros do, go around handing out small sums of money to thousands of people around the country?

It is definitely a horse race. Those that have trashed Romney here, without a rising of Fred Thompson in the polls or votes, will have to settle for Huckabee or Guiliani, should Romney be defeated. I hope they are ready for that.

The sex scandalsa among the Catholic priests occurred and continued because they knew they could get away with it and in some cases they were enabled by their superiors who just shuffled them around to other unsuspecting parishes and fresh victims...

The are sex scandals amongst the protestants to but they are not covered up as much and so they dont occur as often, and they dont have as many long term pediphiles continuing in a position of authority over childfren and others...they arfe usually tossed out and people find out sooner ...

IO think the shocking thing in ther Catholic Church is the fact that the crimes were covered up and the priests were moved to new victims periodically for decades...

I feel sorry for the sweet faithful parisheners in the Church who have to watch their offertings go to pay for those large suits...

agree. Huck is in the camp of those who are calling themselves “Progressive Christians”. It’s about being “fair” and making sure that everyone is “equal”. Reality is that equality of outcome is not possible. Delusion of the highest kind.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> You are responding to the wrong guy. What you have italicized was written in post # 2412 by WVNan, and I was quoting him in my responce to him.

These long threads involve interesting reading and writing exercises .

You said — “The man’s testimony does not meet up with his message.”

I don’t mind anyone in politics being compared to others on the basis of their record. As long as its one person’s record against another, that’s fine.

As I’ve said all along, I don’t even get down to the political matters with any candidate unless they pass my *first criteria* of being a Christian. Thompson doesn’t pass that criteria with me, so I don’t even get to the point of Thompson’s political. He’s failed on the Christian part.

Now, since Huckabee does pass on the Christian part, then we can get into the political matters and compare Huckabee to any other political candidate that the GOP is running (who is *also* a Christian). If there are no other Christian political candidates that the GOP is running, then I guess that’s all we got...

Regards,
Star Traveler

Do I detect a contradiction?

1. "Duncan Hunter is going nowhere, he is pulling no votes, he is not a factor, he should give it up, he is a non-entity."

2. "Duncan Hunter must pull out. He is "pulling votes" (sic) from Fred."

Which one is it?

You are contradicting yourself.

If Hunter has no impact, then why would his dropping out have anything to do with bettering Fred Thompson's chances?

Can't you come up with something more machiavellian than that? Give it a try!

Such as telling us what we get from Fred Thompson as political barter, if we pulled out.

When will you post your after action report?

Just posted it here.

People seemed knowledgable and informed; large Huck contingent. Hucksters were knowledgable, informed, and completely impervious to logic...except for the few I peeled off.
