I thought the time was right to start up a live thread for results and comments about tonight, so here we are!
Hillary sounds like an old librarian talking to a bunch of grade schoolers.
How about the people Jim Bakker pastored before he repented and REALLY came to Christ in prison? Are they Christians? Yes, if they honor him as Savior and Lord. God can use anyone to work his purposes.
Just pray for deliverance from all those “firey darts” that the Bible talks about... :-)

This summarizes my thoughts as well about Huck.
So did Alan Keyes get any votes? Presumably it was less than Duncan Hunter’s 4/10ths of a percent, since he doesn’t show up on the Politico map...

Sorry about your bad experiences with flakey destructive pseudo counterfeit “Christianity” pretending to be otherwise.
RELATIONSHIP with God beats ANY system of man—even a system of man built on The Truth of The Bible.

In terms of Walter Martin—he was the real authentic Christian of brilliant mind and wholeale high level integrity.
Is grasp of facts; his memory of facts; his research about the facts as well as his connections within a long list of cults was unparalleled.
I think in his later years, he erred in some of his caustic comments against folks who were also flawed but doing an authentic work for God. That may have hastened his graduation from this life.
In any case, THE KINGDOM OF THE CULTS is an excellent reference and resource. Asserting otherwise is simply out of step with the facts, the truth.
We're really, really, in a hole.
PS: Obama just might be dangerous - I just listened to his 'I have seen the mountain' speech.
Obama is on a roll now. He’s going to kill the wicked witch from the East. She’s toast.
I agree. Seems we got a lot of folks interested in having Bozo the Clown/Brad Pitt/Robin Williams to be their leader. A few years, perhaps a decade from now, someone like Britney Spears/Paris Hilton will be leading this country... Point being, substance, message, values, morales, and conservative values alike mean nothing.
Fred is a pure grassroots campaign, I expect his cash pool to rise.
The bogus charge of being a “step-child” has never been true, since evangelicals always get their man.
If the men you chosen over the years have not perform to your standards, maybe you should try changing your standards to one of choosing a candidate that has a record of accomplishment and results. One who has the personality to actually produce.
Maybe he is not a saint, has not lived a vicefree life, and has not been a social activist, but would not work against you.
It could be that evangelicals are looking in all the wrong places, you could be surprised.
Because so far, government has grown and grown and grown, our citizens are increasingly dependent on government literally and emotionally.
And it is the prolife antigay Republican party that have allowed this to happen, along with the Dims.
Maybe we should elect someone who has the steel to take on the entrenched government bureaucracies, who has done it before, is cunning and ruthless, and an SOB who hates the MSM and the Dims.
Obama’s I h-have a dream speech.
1) “Democratic” is an adjective (Democrat is the right term)
2) This is a carry the hate-Bush momentum into the ‘08 election ad
Every business analyst & investor counselor knows that if you invest more than all your competitors put together & you don't gain a single return on your investment, that's not exactly a celebratory situation!
I had to turn him off - he makes me nauseous. Or, it could have been the Red Lobster meal I had earlier.
Yep, now we have two preachers.
I'm no fan of GVS, or Sen. McCain, or FNC, but to be fair...
Sen. McCain has surged (and was in 3rd place in Iowa for a while). In the past two weeks, he has doubled his numbers in Iowa, while Sen. Thompson have barely budged. Only recently, Sen. McCain was counted out, and he's surging like mad in NH. Meanwhile, Sen. Thompson is sinking. (Sen. McCain and Sen. Thompson were equal in the beginning of October, but now McCain is at >30% and Thompson is at 2%). Meanwhile, Sen. Thompson's lead over Sen. McCain in South Carolina (his strong focus) has disappeared, and they are tied.
It's too bad Sen. Thompson took so long to get on track, losing his initial bump.
“Even if you don’t like Huckabee, he’s infinitely better than Obama, Edwards, or Queen Hillary”
i think Huckabee is just as bad if not worst than the Dims. What he believes and what he does are two different things. I envision him folding on every important issue of the day to the Dims in Congress.
I see him nominating judges that the Dims like. I see him faltering worst than Jimmy Carter. And I see him dividing the Republican Party, and ultimately destroying it for a generation.
So in a way he is worst than any Dim.
