Should have been a two question poll.
Second question:
“Do you think heterosexuals could change their sexual orientation if they wanted to?”
And then you have the “tri-sexuals.” As in, if it’s sexual, they’ll “tri” it.
A man can shave his legs, put on a wig and a dress, and probably pick up a man at any bar and perform oral sex. Does that make the other man gay, because a gay man performed a gay sex act?
If “gay” was genetic, it would mean people were attracted to something about the chromosone set of a gender, and could detect that regardless of what a person looked like or wore.
If a man instead is attracted to the dress a person is wearing, what does that mean for being “gay”?
Or as I like to ask other gays, is gay sex a choice, or are there just a lot of gay people committing crimes? Because it seems there’s a lot of gay sex in our prisons. If a heterosexual man can choose to be “gay”, why not the other way around?
This is a ludicrous question. This is like asking beastophiles, pederasts, rapists and necrophiles if they can alter their behavior. We have prisons full of deviants who are there because they can’t or won’t alter their behavior while the rest of society alters their behavior and/or their orientation to stay within the law.
I’m not sure I’d even want a gay to “change back”. I mean, would I date a guy who use to date guys?? Uh, no.
The hardwired homosexual became so in the womb, due to whatever hormones were floating around his mother's system.
The acclimated homosexual is one whose first sexual experiences (either consensual experimentation or by being molested) were homosexual. Like a baby duck adopting the first living creature it sees as its mama, people get imprinted by their first sexual experiences.
The hardwired ones can't change.
The acclimated ones can.
It is my opinion that the majority of homosexuals are not hardwired.
My father’s brother is an abstinent “ex-homosexual”. He has found a relationship with Christ and has renounced his homosexuality and calls it what it is... SIN!
How do you know you haven't?

Good ‘un.
Lifetime Cable Channel Dating Game.
Insanely stupid wording.
Two words: CNN
A better question would be: "Would they change if they could?"
They should qualify the question: “If professional mental health treatment was available where needed”.
“It’s pretty much like the question:
Do you think alcoholics can stop drinking if they want to?”
I agree 100% with this and I believe the answer is YES!
LOL! Good one!
I guess “knowingly” should have been a part of that sentence.
“Homosexuality is a behavior. It is a learned behavior. It is an addictive behavior.”
Are you saying that homosexuals are actually heterosexual, except for when they are having sex?
I’m not so sure about the “addictive” part. Maybe it’s addictive in the way sex is addictive, but I doubt most lesbians fall into that “lesbian sex is just SO addictive” category. If so, why do they seem to end up chronically monogamously coupled and experiencing what I have heard called “lesbian bed death”?
Sounds more like gay men have lots of sex because men are very driven to have sex, while the women... not so much.
Mirrors complaints I hear in many heterosexual couples.
Guys: She never wants to have sex since we married!!
Women: He just wants sex all the time!!
I have a better question. Would homosexuals still be gay if they were not sexually molested as children?
“Probably about as much as heterosexuals could change their orientation, if they wanted to.”
I surmise by your answer that you feel homosexuality is a natural state of sexual being for gays and lesbians. If that is indeed the case, can you explain to me why gays and lesbians want to adopt children? If their natural state is to be sexually oriented in a way that makes it impossible to procreate, why would they have a natural desire to “procreate?”
(JSYK, if you don’t see a response from me until tomorrow, it is not because of posting and running. I will be away from a computer for the rest of the day soon.)
