Just thought that this would be of interest to Duncan Hunter supporters.
I was just watching Hannity and Colmes and Sean Hannity asked her who she supports for president. She replied "Duncan Hunter". Sean said, "But do you really think that he can win?". Ann then said that he might win if Sean Hannity would actually talk about him on his show.
I'm glad that Ann called Hannity on this. He has been hyping Giuliani for the past few months while ignoring the true conservative in the race.
Ain't that the truth? Thank goodness for the internet & for FreeRepublic - so I can make up my own mind about who I choose to support.
They have all been avoiding the REAL conservative in the race.....Ron Paul!
Like it or not, SH is now a part of the mainstream media about which he spends so much time whining. Therefore, like others in the MSM, he will only shill for the candidates with the most money to spend FOR COMMERCIAL TIME ON MSM OUTLETS.
The whole thing has the distinct odor of a conflict of interest and is genuinely unhealthy for the political discourse of the nation.
True, but giving away the store and selling out the country is not!
AMEN! Bears Repeating!
Sean's all Rudy, all the time 24/7.
What the hell is up with hannity? Some conservative.

Hannity is not a conservative; he is a media celebrity spouting some conservative views to attract an audience. His most important value is having himself on the air.
He lost me as a consistent listener some time ago because he insists on having as guests people like Leon Panetta and other Amerca-hating Clintonistas and referring to them as “my good friend”.
Presenting opposing views is important, but pimping for jerks like that because they have just written a book or opened a foundation is inexcusable back-scratching. And he gives legitimacy to jerks like Al Sharpton by treating him as a credible political voice.
I am sorry to say that it is entertainment and not advancing conservative values that is the major goal for Hannity, a fact especially evident when he spends time on the latest celebrity flap.
I do occasionally tune into H&C, but I cannot remember the last time I watched more than 10 minutes total of it.
Democrats are for democracy which is Mob Rule... by mobsters ALWAYS..
Republicans are for the Republic which is Mob Rule when Democrats are in charge... ALWAYS..
Plus Hunter is a Vietnam Vet with combat experience, how many of all the candidates now have that?

In addition, he has a son in Iraq. Not that either of these are qualifications, but they are certainly great markers.
BTW, I am taking to heart your comment about more people putting Hunter’s name out there by changing my longstanding tagline.
She read my posts here.

You really should have a talk with Coulter to discourage her from stalking you.
Are you sure your daughter’s boyfriend wrote that? It’s been zipping arouund cyberspace for a couple of weeks, at least.

I agree wholeheartedly with all of your points.
Reagan was a great president, not only because of his beliefs, but also because he knew how to administer them and he knew how to work the camera. That gave him the ability to "go over the heads of Congress and straight to the American people".
I like Hunter's ideas. But being that he's not an administrator, he doesn't have those qualities of one. And without that, he might as well not have those ideas at all.
And I'm sad to say it--but I believe Hannity is or has become a GOP establishment hack--hope I'm wrong...
Seems to me we have lost sight of the bottom line - as a party and a philosophy.
The dems have out-flanked us over the last generation as they have shifted their power base to the top on down, rather than the bottom up. (Soros, move-on, etc.)
The republicans have countered this rather than sticking with what the power base really is - grassroots; and as a result we have a rather splintered view on what a republican really is these days.
To be sure who wins in '08 is important but the most important is who loses! Hillary or Obama must be defeated at all costs, and I'll support who ever that is. No matter who wins the nomination, we're all going to have to hold our noses when voting in both the primary and general.
How many times did Mr. Hunter vote the same way as Conyers, Pelosi, Waxman, Nadler, McDermott, Rangel, Frank, Hastings, Wexler, ad nauseum over the years? I just cannot get past that body that has a Constitutional responsibility to tax and spend.
In the meantime, state politics are a wreck (especially like mine, MI that have shifted hopelessly blue in less than a generation) - and we cannot expect to produce great candidates until we clean up our own backyards. I fault state GOP leaders and the RNC at large for the mess last fall.
I was hoping Haley Barbour would jump in, but not even a rumbling.
A free trade protectionist?
Explain then why Duncan Hunter voted YAY for a free trade deal with Austrailia. Why is he only talking about China, NAFTA, or CAFTA?
Perhaps it’s because China is building up their military while our deficit with them grows greater, or that their factories have no regulations whatsoever, leading to incidents like the pet food recall?
Is it because we have drugs and illegal immigrants coming in through our borders?
Even Ronald Reagan said that we are not “trade patsies”. If “free trade” consists of one side exploiting loopholes and taking advantage of bad deals without letting the benefits of the trade trickle down to the populace (see the people of China, the people of Mexico, etc.), can it really be called free?
I can trust the Aussies and the British with a free trade deal.
I wouldn’t trust the Chinese or the Mexicans. Not with their current governments. I think Duncan Hunter recognizes this.
Mitt Romney = Toom Tabard
Duncan Hunter would make a great President. So would Fred Thompson.
Julie Annie will never get there. McCain - much as I despise the guy, is the only one of the top three who would get my vote and then only duress (Hillery or Obama duress).
Good for Ann! Laura Ingraham really likes Duncan as well.
