#1 Michelle Persaud, 27
Staff counsel
Michelle Persaud’s delicate features burst into a smile as she describes the mistake many men make with her.
Seeing her dark eyes and mocha skin, her flowing black tresses and expansive lashes, they sidle over, take in a breath and start speaking … Farsi!
“I just look at them and smile,” the Maryland native, who has no Persian ancestry, says with a chuckle. “I get that all the time.”
Persaud is the winner of our annual 50 Most Beautiful contest. But as you will see in the following pages, there is no shortage of beautiful people working on Capitol Hill.

Your wife sounds like a gem. Not jealous of your Freeperness, nor your right to appreciate beauty as long as you don't touch. Hope you're married to her for a long, long time.

"... if these guys are the best they have to include in the most "beautiful" people category. Must be a lot of ugly men in Washington."
In DC, it is the size of a man's wallet, his position in society and power in town that determines how beautiful he is.
My guys may be gorgeous, but on the DC scale, they look like gnomes. Ted Kennedy may look like a deformed cactus plant grafted onto bottle of Dewars, but in DC terms, he's Adonis.

Y'know, now that Klintoon's out of office (but obviously he & Cankles are still in the national spotlight) I can at least breathe a little easier ... but I'm still absolutely ASTOUNDED that the American President who, if we're honest, could get about any woman he wanted if he wanted, ended up with this empty-headed fat hosebeast. Desperation? Easy piece in the office? Was this the night that Billy Jeff had a 'hogging' bet with his friends? The mind boggles.

I know....I was still on active duty at the time of impeachment so most of my remarks and commentary were reserved for a select few confidantes; however, we generally agreed that even if the perjury aspect didn't pan out, he should still be removed from office for picking such an ugly one.
