Hezbollah terrorists fire a missile from the southern Lebanese city of Tyre.
We accidentally picked up a Woody Allen movie a few weeks ago; I don't know how that guy got so popular because his movies stink.
Mr. P is watching the Yankees and I'm going back to my book shortly but I'm catching up on the thread and have a question.
I saw you say something about changing the channel from Fox because they pick up their feeds from satellite. So if I don't change the channel, they can tell I'm watching and get higher ratings?
Do you all watch A&E "Flip this House" program?
It was to be their new season last night and this inexperienced group of losers came on and Richard from Trademark was gone, heard they moved to TLC in JAN.
I will not watch this new group.
Sadly, Fox won't listen to Mark Levin any more than to the rest of us...
Just got this in the mail:
Monica will appear on Imus in the Morning, tomorrow morning (July 25) at 830am.
Also-- Monica will be anchoring on MSNBC again this Friday, at 11am.
Thanks for the clarification.
I did not see the entire piece, and so I only heard what I suppose that I wanted to hear.
The discussion about Baghdad by the Fox panel was a little discouraging, that's for sure. Fred gave the statistics on deaths in Baghdad, 2000 people a month right now.
It's obvious that the Shiite militias are now so powerful that they're the biggest current and long-term threat. Somebody needs to give Mookie a one-way trip to a hot place.
Direct TV gets info on viewers through those same phone lines. They can tell what channel you are watching...when we have had trouble and have talked to customer service, they say things like "you're on channel 360 now, right>"
So, I always switch channels or turn the TV off when I am aggravated. Muting won't send the message I want them to get.
Good idea. Iran is obviously making a regional power play. The actions of Hezbollha correlate well with recent statements coming from the Mahdi Wannabe. Paraphrase - 'Israelis have to leave. Israel should be moved to Alaska. Israel will be no more.'.
Hezbollha is all about taking Israeli land and making it very costly for Israel to take back. If Iran (Mahdi Army) can take parts of Baghdad (Babylon) they will make is very costly to take back.
Thanks for explaining that. We have cable but my husband is considering satellite and if we go with that, I'll have to remember. Because there are certain shows I just can't give my "vote" of approval for.
That woman was annoying as heck. Let them stay in their condo for all I care.
One thing that amazes me on this show, EVERYBODY thinks the master bedroom is too small, absolutely everybody.
The IDF has always called up its reserves secretly and there will be very little notification that would be seen by the public until they assemble into convoys and are on the way. The call up process was started in the Hamas war, and the reserves likely put on standby. Ihe IDF is very tricky, unlike most conventional forces.
I suspect that there is a multiple option game plan which is based on seizing the initiative constantly in an unpredictable fashion. That is the only thing one can say about the IDF, it is unpredictable. So far they have lulled everyone into thinking that they will maintain conventional strategy, when in fact that is not necessarily the case.
When all evacuations have been completed, one might expect to see some rapid changes of troop deployment and strategy. I think they will cut Southern Lebanon off somehow, possibly by driving east from Sidon all the way to Syria.

oh no a Colonel. May he rest in peace.
So have I. I don't have a blood pressure problem, but I like to give my mind some quiet time. With the war going on, I can follow the thread for developments and things of interest. I need decompression time.
I sort of like cash in the attic - sometimes. There are some nights when ANYTHING is better than O'Reilly.
The male interior designer on HGTV who's so obviously gay and always wears those really tight jeans and does all the 'hip' urban apartments also gets on my nerves.
