PRAYERS for HOWLIN - her Mom went to God this evening

As many of you know, Howlin has not been here much for the past couple of weeks.
Her Mom had inoperable cancer and she died peacefully at home this evening surrounded by her family.
Please leave messages and prayers for Howlin. Many of you know Howlin is my best friend and I love her and know that many of ya'll love her too.

Dear Heavenly Father, Stay close to Howlin and her family tonight and in the days that follow. Bless her and keep her strong during these days of grieving. Let her remember that her Mother is at peace in your loving arms. In our Lord Jesus's Name we pray, Amen.
It is so hard to lose your Mother, even when you know that it is time for Jesus to take her Home. My Mom was my best friend, and I had her for 60 years. The loss was still so deep and painful...I held her in my arms and told her over and over how much I loved her, but that it was alright, that it was time to go to Heaven now. She was in a coma for the last 10 hours, but I knew she could hear me...and then she took her last breath. I waited for a few minutes, and the tears came as I looked across the room to tell my family that she was gone.
I hope that words like these will help Howlin in some small way to feel the comfort and love freely given from friends.
