"spineless cowards"
Perhaps but probably not all. We need to hear from the jurors to who is the cowards among them. The ones that are cowards already have a book deal in the makings I bet.

So we have to pay for this sadistic son of a demon to breathe our air for the rest of his days.
I want a jury to rule who ever didn't vote for a death verdict must spend the rest of their lives locked up with him.

And we'll have to make sure he has the Quran (spelling) and that it is treated with respect. I can hear Amnesty International bleating this case for years....
None of them thought he would be a martyr if he received death....
To: BlueStateDepression
My thoughts exactly. This just makes us look weak. We needed to send a strong message to the terrorists that if you attack Americans that you will be KILLED.

Make the jury watch United 93 ten times and ask for a revote.

Ain't America grand.
Moussaoui can continue to recruit and train others in prison and continue his verbal assaults against the United States.

A stunning verdict from 12 Americans too stupid to avoid jury duty. How many more will die in the name of attacks calling for the release of that piece of scum from prison? I know what will be said, "oooh, but what if we made a martyr out of him?" The answer is that his impact dead will still be less than the impact that he is alive and therefore "obtainable." Would we let him go if they threatened to nuke us? If a close relative gave a large enough donation to a presidential library. He IS pardonable, don't cha know. Would a Jimmy Carter release him? Would he have released him to save his presidency?

Umm he WANTED death...why give him death? STUPID. He WANTS to be a martyr Nothing to do with being liberal. I AM THRILLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You are what is called a "Useful Idiot." Google "Brer Rabbit."
To: razzle
His upbringing played a part in their decision? OMG.
To: Peach
Crap. If this jury can't give him the death penalty, we've really lost something in this country. 3,000 people not enough? Just how many people do you have to take part in killing before you get the dp? Dumb OJ-like jurors..
