I am watching the repeat. The more Judge Alito speaks the more I adore him. If these idiot Senators EVER did that to my husband or son or anyone in my family, the tooth fairy wouldn't even show up. I am sick of the liberals, especially Kennedy and Schumer. I just can't stand them. They need to be set out to pasture.

I was talking about their take on the hearings today -- Maura and Mort bought into the CAP story -- guess they haven't talked to Judge Napolitano.

Feingold is one of the leading Dems calling for an impeachment.

I googled it -- I don't think he flipped.

Alito was superb today. The Dems got zero traction, and didn't lay a glove on Alito while often simply embassasing themselves with either their stupidity, incivility, or cheap tactics to make an empty point in the desperate hope that somebody, somewhere might not notice that it was empty.
The depth of Alito's knowledge of the law, and ability to articulate and characterize it, was simply dazzling, and that became more and more obvious. Most dazzling of all was his discussion of the establishment clause, and how the cases drew distinctions so evanescent fine, that it left no one satisfied and everyone confused, and that it would be desirable to fashion some lines of distinction that were more sturdy and predictable.

BTW, I caught a view looking down on Kennedy tonight on FOX and all I can say is take a close look at his water bottle when he drinks from it. The liquid looks brown, not clear. It's a quick shot and only about three inches remaining in the bottle... did anyone else see it?
To: Laverne
You got it right, that was brownback, he spoke after the incident that causing mrs alito to cry. He did not question the judge at all. Just said that he will support the judge.

If there ever was a final straw it was laid down today as Mrs. Alito left the room in tears.Yea but - the spin tonight is that she cried because of the kind words of Lyndsey Graham. Despicable RAT Media trying to cover the tracks tonight.

how the cases drew distinctions so evanescent fine, where is my dictionary?
I heard the same (as I could) today. That Alito played Home Run Derby with certain Dimbos.
And kicked major butt.

Just shows what great quality people they really are,IMHO. And also shows what quality people our President is selecting.
The world needs to know what is going on here and it will be our job to get the word out. The msm will spin, ignore and distort the truth on this, like they always do. The truth will be spread by us.

I will make another claim (I may get flamed for this, not neessarily by you).
No, not by me. I take political life as it comes. The object before us is the confirmation of Judge Alito. I am not an all-or-nothing type. That bunch usually ends up with nothing. If Whitman wants to back Alito, more power to her. And, yes, it has been helpful.

Mrs Alito will be crying all the way to the SC!! As hard as it is to watch SC Justice Alito is playing cat and mouse with these mice. Kennedy trying to match wits does not stand half a chance.
Pray for W and Our Victorious SC Nominee

You are correct about the holding back of the pent up frustration. This reminded me of when I had to be very strong after my 21 year old Sister died and two weeks later her 2 year old son died also from injuries sustained in an auto accident. I had to go back to work and I was holding up really well at work until a very kind co-worker told me with tears in her eyes how terribly sorry she was, and like Graham she was emotionally supportive and sincere and that was the hardest part. I was a basket case for the rest of the day. That stiff upper lip can only do so much for your composure when you know that your loved one has been verbally abused and you do not want to do anything to hurt their Career move. They make a very sweet loving couple and this will hurt the dirty dems big time.

He is certainly talking about it. Moreover, Feingold is one of the sponsors of the most serious attack against the 1st Amendment in my lifetime.
