With all his money, why doesn't Kennedy do something about that? It's disgraceful.

Good morning! I listened to the call-ins...something I don't usually do...to Morning Journal today, and there was a surprising number of not only pro Alito calls but several dems who were "disgusted w/the dem party" and had changed to Republicans or were planning to do so. These callers specifically named Biden and Schummer and Kennedy as being "obnoxious".
I recognized the voice of one black dem woman who had also called yesterday right after the hearings. She repeated the same hateful things about Alito NOT answering the questions.
Has Brian Lamb stopped the practice of limiting callers to once a month?

LOL! I don't know much about the law- but understand his answers! LOL! these morons! I think what bothers the Senile Senators- is that when they ask a question give a lecture- Alito will answer them by citing a case (Brown vs Smith) and then they cannot say a word because they don't know SQUAT! LOL! You can see it in their faces....they are like- "Oh crapt, now what do I do...." they even swallow hard.. LOL! Fun to watch... I LOVE IT!

Two questions...
1.Was Scumer actually saying /advocating the position that "stare decisis" should trump the Constitution? IOW, that an unconstitutional law, long on the books, ( i.e. Roe) should be left alone?
2. Can anyone explain what is the impact/meaning of "findings"..I'm not a lawyer..never heard the term before..yet it was used a lot yesterday by Alito, saying that Congress should include "findings" with the laws it passed..Are those Cliff's Notes, or work papers...Does it mean thatCongress is supposed to explain the laws it passes?
BTW CM..g'mornin' back at ya..

I'm so happy to see that Schumer can no longer pretend he's the only smart guy around.
School-less Chuck Schumer
Chuck Schumer has said that he might
Approve a justice who's AIR-EEEE-YOO-DITE*.
There's only one clinker
In this plan of Chuck Stinker --
The candidate mustn't lean right.
*Schumer's preferred mispronunciation of "erudite".

I'm no lawyer either. I understand that 'stare decisis' means is the doctrine under which the court adheres to past precedents. Is that right? If so, it certainly should not trump the Constitution itself, and Schumer (even though he hasn't practiced law a day in his life)should know that.
BTW I know he WENT to law school, but did he graduate? Or if he did, did he take and/or pass the bar exam?

Are you listening to this numb nut Kate Michaelman on cspan1 ??
She's saying that Alito will roll back the clock to the 1950's and even the 1920's before women were able to vote
Why does she think this???
Because of the way he talked about family values
