Despicable. Disgusting. Extremist. Loser. Moronic.
Does that help any?
LOL! If he does, there may be a malfunction with his CPU and memory. :-)
Lautenberg is alive? Who knew?
LOL!!! It's one of those best kept secrets, I guess.
Oh, dear. So many candidates, so little time to decide. :-)
Disagree..I think Brit is saying, ina reverse way, that many expect that Alito will not play nice like Roberts....he's goig to get a much harsher treatment than Roberts, so the decision may have been taken already to respond to the Dems..I mean, it won't be hard to show up and embarrass Kennedy or Biden..they're just reading the notes from their staffs..
LOL. Yes, thank you.
I was watching one of the FOX weekend business programs and someone asked Jonathan (forget is last name) of capitalistpig.com if he was in favor of Alito. He said no he is NOT because Alito is pro-life, which in his mind translates to Alito is not in favor of "property rights." I was absolutely appalled by this statement.
:-) Thanks, Carolinamom!
Damning with faint praise?
"Moments ago, Republicans released a list of four opinions -- Reynolds v. USX Corp., Zubi v. AT&T Corp., Smith v. Davis, and Goosby v. Johnson & Johnson -- in which, GOP senators say, Alito ruled for employees claiming racial discrimination."
I guess it proves that good 'ole Teddy is just a liar with a cherry on top. He invokes the lying option depending on which way the wind blows.
Those four opinions were not heard by the swimmer. He was, no doubt, too busy drinking.
C'mon Christie - you are boring. Get on with it. I want to hear Judge Alito.
CNN and CBS are about equally corrupt, but CBS is more brazen about their corruption and bias. It looks to me like they were willing to stand by the forged Bush ANG documents for quite some time until bloggers mentioned the possibility of criminal prosecution of their execs or a RICO lawsuit against CBS for wire fraud.
LOL! That's kinder than what I wanted to say. Something about having made one too many trip to the taxidermist.
He has no choice...it's a Senate custom for the nominee's senator (s) to intoduce him..and then to vote against him..
:-) Thanks for telling the story for those of us who are office bound.
I think Alito will respond, but he will do it in the manner of a federal judge of the best kind, with intellect and equanimity.
Whitman urges committee to favorably report this nomination to the Senate.
