Which is a good thing!
If they couldn't be bothered to vote, then they weren't the "right" voters at all.
How true. The all or nothing crowd are no different
than the Michael Moore bunch. They are so far bent, they
touch the other side.
BTW... the seal was taken down because of the ACLU and the city was known as the City of Churches and the people say they want the seal back... ACLU has said they will sue if the prop passes.... because they have never been beaten ~LOL~
I haven't heard. I hope it was overwhelming passed! Time to take a stand instead of appeasing.
Ironic example. I've noticed with only slight changes all the arguments for making abortion legal could be used to make rape legal:
Coat hanger argument: Its safer to both the consenting and non consenting adult, being that the former would be less tempted to kill the latter. Thus making the later safer.
Reproductive rights argument: Some individuals are inherently so unattractive that their reproductive rights would be too severely restricted by the requirement to find a consenting partner.
Privacy rights argument: Being that both the consenting and non consenting adults are often reluctant to make such an event public, it seems an odious intrusion for the government to get involved. Keep the police out of the bedroom.
Disclaimer: All these arguments are invalid. Both rape and abortion are both evil and wrong.
Only been to SFO once. Never again.
As for the "conservative areas," what is their major malfunction that they're so "conservative," but can't be bothered to vote for conservative issues? Answer me that one.

I'm with you there! ;-)
Anyone who knows anything about LA traffic, knows that there is nothing just east of LA! ;-)
I don't blame you, but it's only a temporary solution.
Sooner or later, the illegals will swamp you. California is the nation's future, Carolyn.
Redlands is Riverside County.
Face it folks, we're doomed. 75 at 49.5% with counties that I hoped would help not helping (i.e. San Berdu and Riverside).
can we at least drag Warren Buffett thru the aisles and kick him a few times? ;-)
Check out the OC (Orange county). In the 60s for all the good props. Still, LA and SF are so populous...
looks bad.. now you know why I left KommieFornia
Looks like all Measures in Redlands failed.
That will never happen. Because before it does we will be part of the Great State of Mexico!
My mistake on where Redlands is. Misread the map.
You get it. Rush tells a story about Cranston`s last election. The R`s nominated a Congressman Swaw ( I can`t remember his name, sorry) that wasn`t PROLIFE. The hard right stayed home, Cranston won, he helped destroy Bork, and was a member of the Keating five. We stuck to our guns and the Rats won another election.
Please stop and think before you go public giving ammo to our enemies.
