Only been to SFO once. Never again.

As for the "conservative areas," what is their major malfunction that they're so "conservative," but can't be bothered to vote for conservative issues? Answer me that one.

Check out the OC (Orange county). In the 60s for all the good props. Still, LA and SF are so populous...

re: conservatives much less republicans not turning out when so much was at stake, the question that remains to be answered is why indeed. aren't there like 5 of 5.5 million registered?

I don't know. Resentment for Schwarzenegger? General apathy? Unaware there was an election going on? Never knew much about the issues? I don't have a peep into their heads and can't tell you. I'd like to know why myself.
