It is now getting dark in Paris and in all of France(appx. 6:40 PM Paris Time), and if there are any French FR lurkers(lurquers), this may be the thread to post your reports about any further violence.

It seems the French govt. is impotent in it's response to what seems are jihadist thugs and it seems the American media has put a news blackout filter to what is really happening, so as not to embarass their heroes, Chirac et al.

So any news reports or personal reports from what happens tonight are welcome, and don't worry about broken English, reports in French are welcome also, I have no doubt someone can translate.

I really dread putting up a live thread about such a matter, but it seems that the American MSM is following French govt. orders to play down to what it seems is an insurrection.

I have been both predicting and praying for this to happen, yet now that it is here, I am shocked at the ease with which the attempted revolution is being carried out. The rot is far deeper than I imagined. I don't think we have seen the worst. The beast has a way to go yet.

Yes, people talk in low voices....to say what you think aloud in Europe will get you to court for racism or Islamophobia. When you say the Muslim have no Hitler, I think they have not one but many. All the Lefties and the likes of Chirac, who support the Palestinian cause are little Hitlers. Chirac is the leader in Europe who hates America and Israel the most.....He is so corrupted by money from Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Lybia, Morocco and others, he has sold France to Islamists and the rest of Europe. Here in Sweden we are having also many problems in MALMO with Muslims, but our lefty governmemt does not allow us to complain either. Living in Europe has become a nightmare.... I too am glad the manure has, at last, hit the fan. As soon as it spreads out of the ghettoes, Chirac will unlease Sarko (in my rather biased opinion). The problem with de Villepin is that he is a former diplomat and diplomats have that occupational belief that negotiation is always the solution...tragic flaw in this situation.

It is possible that de Villepin will have to step aside (he was appointed, after all, by Chirac) and Sarko will be elevated to the position of PM.
