NORMAN -- An explosion near the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord Family-Memorial Stadium killed one person Saturday, OU officials said.

The explosion happened at the courtyard near the George Lynn Cross Hall, Botany-Microbiology Building on OU's campus, which is west of the stadium, according to Sgt. Gary Robinson of the University police department.

The explosion happened during the second quarter of Oklahoma's game against Kansas State.

After the explosion, police set up a perimeter of several blocks and made fans exit the stadium to the east.

Weird! Why change the story? And then the story contradicts itself. BTW, one of the reporters is a sports guy -- never known him to cover anything but sports.

I don't think so, because so far, most of the American "jihadists" the Muzzies have been able to produce have not been interested in killing themselves. The only one I ever wondered about was the Black Muslim helicopter mechanic who brought down the helicopter in Iraq during the war - but he actually appears to have thought that he was not scheduled for the flight, and only went on it when forced to do so. In other words, it wasn't a suicide attack in his case, but the usual homicide - and he couldn't refuse to go on the flight without ruining his plans.

American converts, whether Black Muslims or teenage white losers who convert to Islam, generally don't seem to do the suicide part of these attacks.

indcons, I live in a Big 12 university town in "flyover country". I suspect there's an underlying sentiment among the skeptics that hasn't been expressed thusfar that I've actually heard from friends living in Washington DC and L.A. In a condescending and somewhat mocking tone, they usually ask, "Really, why would a terrorist target LUBBOCK of all places.... (or insert your Redcity, Redstate, USA medium size city name here)?"

The more I think about it, the more likely it seems to me the authorities might be keeping the lid tight while seeking others involved. The reasoning might be that if the story keeps being repeated as a "lone nut," others possibly involved may let their guard down.

I have never heard about the molestation of boys in Islam. Though I'm sure in happens in all cultures. And it makes sense since they marginalize women and are clearly frightened of female sexuality.
