Per foxnews
It's time to play kick-the-can with some al Qaeda heads. For the musicians, you can play the bongos with their skulls.
I can't read this whole thread...but :) I can't understand how FOUR bombs did not work? Was this just because they didn't know how to put them together or what?
al Qaeda sent out their A-team two weeks ago. The amateurs that followed must have had a bad chemical mix in their explosives or they screwed up making the detonators. I want to see these bastards hang.
Many people have wondered about that. It is believed that the bombmaker in the first group has been snagged (in Pakistan, IIRC), so possibly these were simply wannabe's egged on by the local mullah. However, if they had at least the basic concept, they were perhaps a little closer than that - but obviously had not been trained. If it's true that one guy threw his backpack into the train and then tried to escape, I'd say they've dropped to second or third or fourth tier.
But even a low-level attack can still kill, and I think the British gov is being nonsensical in minimizing this. Have the Brits now decided that it's going to be okay to just terrorize them, make them lose under 3000 (obviously the new threshold) people every now and then, and then just buckle their bomb-proof vests closer?
My question: why do Western nations think this is an okay way to live?
My answer: we don't!!! . . .These Basturds are not going to get away with this!!!
Myabe they were all assembled by the same guy?

"Steve is simply arguing that we need to BE MORE AGGRESSIVE on the psychological war by taking it to the source of the Islamofascist, the Islamic clerics."
That idea is patently absurd on its face. No Westerner can possibly successfully penetrate the ideological or philosophical underpinnings of an imam's world view or training. Westerners by definition view the Middle Eastern muslim world view in the Hellenistic tradition of examining and researching the barbarian--the stranger. To argue or suggest that it is understandable except from someone's knee as a child and to grow in the culture is to severely underestimate the wall between the Western mind, the Occidental mind, and the Oriental one.
This is a long way around saying reasoning has nothing to do with any of this idea, and less to do with the goal and objective.

"Two Men Arrested In Connection With Latest London Bombings"
POSTED: 8:22 am EDT July 21, 2005
UPDATED: 7:33 pm EDT July 21, 2005
ARTICLE SNIPPET: "LONDON -- British police have announced two arrests in connection with Thursday's bomb attacks in London.
Police said the two men are being questioned. One was arrested near Downing Street, site of the prime minister's residence, and the other near Tottenham Court Road, which is near the Warren Street subway station where one of the incidents took place."
ARTICLE SNIPPET #2: "Man Escorted Away From Downing Street
Police in London escorted a man away from Downing Street, which is where the British prime minister lives and works.
A police officer near the end of the street drew a firearm and aimed it at a target beyond the range of television cameras.
Another officer then led away a man dressed in a black shirt and pants."
No names yet?
I am wondering if they're Islamic or not.
One man arrested was let go, the other doesn't seem to be a bomber:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4705117.stm
"A man arrested in Tottenham Court Road was released without charge shortly before 2330 BST on Thursday.
Another man, arrested at Downing Street on Thursday afternoon, remains in custody but is not thought to be directly linked to the blasts."
Our bullets can penetrate the Imans skulls....maybe 100 well known Imams for every terrorist attack will give these muzzie scumbags pause...
I sure hope not.
I have been thinking about this all day today, and it seems to me that everybody (both in England and in the US) has been acting as if this was simply something that was a normal occurrence and could be expected every now and then.
It's not normal and it shouldn't be expected and those who did it - or sponsored or encouraged it - should pay and be rendered incapable of doing it again.
"We will not tire, we will not falter, we will not fail."
George W. Bush.
LOL, fanfan. :-)
I haven't kept track of the whole thread either, but has anybody brought up the "missing explosives" from Iraq? Wasn't it Al-QaaQaa? I can't believe the DUmmies haven't been screaming about it.
Political science is going to my major when I start school in the fall of 2006. Then onto Law school, and hopefully one day I can fulfill my dream of becoming a politican or judge.
Good! Hang in there - what school do you have in mind? (For undergraduate.)
