TICK TOCK...............
Luttig's wife is dressed up! That seals the deal....lol
Why does the press feel obligated in each article today about the SC announcement tonight to slip in this line:
"The big splash also might divert attention from Bush senior aide Karl Rove's involvement in the CIA leak case that has caused Republicans to worry about Bush's standing in opinion polls."
Eliazebeth Dole spotted arriving at the White House minutes ago, partially shielded by a large contingent.
Still feels good, 115...after all those winters in S. Mich.
yeah , I was in the NYC subway system[1,2,3,4,5,6 & S] , it was a blast furnace
If we don't pick a solid conservative who is a known quantity, we have no one but ourselves to blame.
We are in good shape on the floor of the Senate ... we will win the fight.
LOL. Gonzales was at the WH for a briefing earlier today.
I'm hoping for Luttig too. Makes sense. Bush SR appointed him to the courts in 91. He's from Tyler Texas. Spent time working in the SC. A natural fit that will throw Kennedy et al. into a fit.

Post# 89 --- walking in front of troops!
Oh Our Wizards play your Swing, in baseball. Are you a Cubs fan? I am!
How many votes will Luttig get? 70-80 maybe...
The nominee is probably in Washington, but could perhaps be on a special military flight inbound to Reagan. Security would be excellent for that. I'm hoping the choice stays a secret until 9:00.
This cracks me up. I trust she is not wearing flip-flops!
That's a big DUH!...Luttig and Gonzales both in DC.....imagine that!...these reporters are nuts....once again Bush has played them for the fools they are.
I thought that was ridiculous when I heard it but now it may be the most significant pievce of info so far. ABC also reporting that Clement was told in a phone call that the administration was going "in a different direction." It just may be Luttig.
And wouldn't it be something, if the nominee appeared with the president via a video connection? He's really got the press chasing their tails.
And Ann Compton was odious in the way she presented that report. She said that the President has changed his mind since he got out of bed this morning. I don't believe that for a New York minute.
That is a logical place for an AG to be.
I hate the term wind chill factor!
Which Graham said those words??...Lindsay Graham...???
