VANITY: Tub-Girl Troll - All right mods, who was it?

Note: Forgive this vanity, but this must be done.

Kudos to the mod on duty for zapping the Tub-girl Troll early. I stayed put to see if he would post again. And true to form, he/she/it did at the same time as it normally does, which is between 0730-0800 hours CDT on weekdays. This probably means that it is posting them from the job, likely from the eastern time zone.

Now, who was it? All information should be put out in the open post haste. cyborg, mhking, Darksheare, and I are tired of being the specific targets on this sub-human fecal matter. Lazamataz and Petronski also have taken notice. Let's get it out now.

BTW, having never seen the offensive images nor having read a description of their content on this blob, I was obliged to google for it and found a wiki entry here (wikipedia rocks).

There are no pictures on that wiki page. The description is pretty gross, even for someone that has been a 'net vet for over 15 years. It is listed along with others grouped under 'shock sites'... sites geared to shock anyone viewing them.

As was suggested, you can set firefox to not show images that do not originate from the base site, which would cut out almost all images in FR posts. A better suggestion would be for members to report the offensive post immediately to the FR mod crew.

Your friend is absolutely right tiamat. I think I'll be taking off for a little bit (maybe about fifteen minutes in reality!) till this dies down. Perhaps some threads should have the same disclaimer that craigslist has for their POC discussion section! Except with a few minor alterations..

Good thought but one problem. I've not seen any of these (thank you Mods!) but the racist crap sounds like its accompanied with disgusting pics - some apparently so large that FReepers can't clear their ping pages - I think its simply racist disruptors - trying to stink up our sandbox.

Without the pics it could look like an attempt to draw out racist comments from FReepers but with the pics its a guarandarnteed zot - thus its a racist jerk hitting on our good folk they believe to be of an "inferior" race. QED. SAD. :-( Gots to be something illegal about this?
