Correct me if I am wrong, but her husband is Ted Olson, right, the solicitor general? Did I hear correctly that he is on the short list for Supreme Court?
I don't know if he is still solicitor general or not.
Barbara Olson was one sharp lady. She is missed by every conservative that ever read anything she wrote (or posted here on FR).
Ted Olson resigned June 2004.
He resigned as solictor general.
