Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Other posters cowadice in the face of life tragedies isn't neccesarily shared by us and they simply can't grasp the idea.
Never vote for anybody pro-choice if there's a pro-life candidate available...just ain't moral.

If you go "independent," stay in the Republican primaries first. Then boycott general election candidates unworthy of your support. Vote in the primaries for philosophy regardless of pragmatism.
Sorry. Some piece of crap friend of MS evidently was in the hospice with him. When they came out, they went over to the Terri supporters to mock them and gloat over her condition. One went up to FV and said they had her surrounded.
I understand how you feel. I don't know how many times I go back and for with someone and come to find out that I've gotten nowhere because their only reason to argue is to make the other side angry. They hope we'll lose our cool.
Listening to Bill O'reilly-John Gibson filling in, next up is Pat Cadell, he has been polling and believes the polls say support for Michael Shiavo is soon going to change???

Well humans will always mess things up. But, liberals have messed up our country very badly, and the conservatives were all asleep and let them.
Since only heresay from the death promoters was allowed in Judge Greers death chamber, we only get one side.

That's an easy answer: boycott such "choices." Don't vote for that particular office.

While the nation’s eyes focused on the executive office of Florida’s Governor Jeb Bush in the case of Terri Schindler-Schiavo, the primary investigator for the Tampa Bay Region Domestic Security Task Force and special agent for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is reportedly ready to talk about the alleged cover-up in the Schiavo case if he is served with a subpoena to protect himself and his job.
Both the Governor and the state’s Department of Children and Families (DCF) are empowered statutorily and constitutionally to immediately take Florida’s most vulnerable adult into protective custody in view of the credible information that reveals an alleged obstruction of justice and coverup of criminality in this case at the highest levels of Florida government.
Terri's first few CT SCANS showed there was a SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE in her brain six days AFTER she was admitted after her collapse...as if a BLUNT TRAUMA had occurred WHILE SHE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL. (See TheEmpireJournal.com...article on new allegations of abuse)
Terri has NOT BEEN BEDRIDDEN for FIFTEEN YEARS!
Michael took her to malls, parks EVERYWHERE while he and Terri lived with her parents AFTER HER COLLAPSE.
It was after he got the money, began moving her from nursing home to nursing home and finally to a HOSPICE for the terminally ill (over four years ago....illegally...but Felos was on the board, she has NEVER BEEN TERMINALLY ILL, a regulation of hospice.
Michael used her right to privacy to keep her hidden, deny her EVERYTHING, from flowers in her room to outings to THERAPY.
He is a monster. He is a sociopath. He is as evil.
And if it is true that he took friends to gawk at Terri last night.........he is truly dirt.
Whatever HAPPENED to his rule about Terri's right to privacy? He did not allow, in all those years...ANY OF HER FRIENDS TO VISIT HER.
I don't think the conservatives were shocked...I think they were astonished, couldn't believe it, and hoped it would go away and common sense would once again prevail. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way.

Very true. Hopefully, they won't crawl back into their caves, or hide their heads in the sand, wishfully thinking it never happened.
