Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Most of the cops are horrible. Someone tried to sneak in the back last night to rescue Terri. Since there are swat teams, german sheperds, cops everywhere, it's a nice try at least. They purposely bring all the k-9 units at night in case anyone tries to use the night to go in there to do what JEB BUSH won't do in the light of day. MOST PEOPLE ARE AFRAID OF BEING RIPPED APART BY GERMAN SHEPARDS.

There's another corrolation on this Good Friday: Michael's friends stood at the foot of Terri's bed and made jokes and came out with grins. What did people do at the foot of Christ's cross?

I'm not trying to equate Terri with Christ...but the correlations in this case are getting eerie. Is the Lord speaking to us this Good Friday. Thank you Jesus, for what you did. God bless Terri.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of that backing is the view of a bunch of out-of-towners trying to impose their wishes on the local power structure. Communities often get resentful of that...I wonder beyond that what they would really think about the issue.

I was getting ready to go down there two days ago, but I have a herniated disk so my husband insisted I ask the doctor if I could make the 8 hour drive. My doctor said no way. The disk could rupture if it gets much worse. Even sitting here at the computer is hurting. SO I TRULY WANT YOU TO KNOW FLORIDUH VOTER HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE YOUR BEING THERE IN MY STEAD!!!! I made it to Montgomery when the Ten Commandments were removed.....there is nothing to compare with standing side by side with fervent Christians in prayer for a critically important cause.

The brother of HINO was on one of the cable news shows last night or this morning. He was asked if the families were making funeral plans for Terri.

As his eyes darted from side to side, the LYING brother said he didn't know if the Schindlers or his brother were making funeral plans. That creep knows full well, Judge Greer has approved his brother's request that Terri be cremated.

How dare the news media allow those crooks to say whatever they please without confronting them. It's horrible the way the media is allowing Schiavo and Felos to use them to further the propaganda and lies of the Culture of Death.

I feel the coming judgement so strongly in my spirit. You know, years ago we screamed for the press to take the story. We lobbied hard to get the story out into the mainstream media. Looking back, we can now see that while our wish was granted (the whole world is watching now) it was to no avail.

The press was NEVER the answer.

Did we ever imagine back then that this issue would be brought before the congress of the United States? Again, up to this point, to no avail. Governments are limited as well. God is and always has been the ONLY means whereby this could be settled. Prayer has always been the FIRST means of help, not a last resort. I do not belittle the temporal efforts made by us all, but in the final analysis, God sees our hearts and knows in whom we place our trust.

This is a retrospective and not pointed towards any of the wonderful freepers, and I'm sure, I'm just posting the thoughts of many here. Thanks for listening.

So Greer is stealing from the trust funds of the disabled in Pinellas Co. When the funds run out, are all the disabled the dehydrated? Are some allowed to remain indefinitely on Medicaid? Isn't it Medicaid here, instead of Medicare?

That's if you can say: " I want to live". They are saying that she can't say : I want to live. But, they won't give her the therapy to be able to express that. Therefore, they see her as a non-person that she is not in there.. BS.. Somebody has got to stop this INSANITY..

I think that her body seeks to live. Everyday her body circulates blood, heartpumps it has a natural function toward life. Her mind want to live too. Even though she can't say she wants to live, her heart and mind seeks to continue toward life. How can anyone say that she doesn't want to live.. It's obvious she does.

When we are formed in our mothers womb the first fist size chunk of flesh=called a gut= seeks to eat. It forwards in life from that stage and eventually we form little bodies. My point is, all our basic functions and urges are programed to continue toward life.

It seems the news media are programming us toward this mind set of death with questionable poles containing questionable majority opinion.

Monsignor Malanowski wanted to give Terri Holy Communion with the Precious Blood of Jesus. He wanted to place a drop on Terri's tongue. The police officer in Terri's room angrily told Monsignor that he will be arrested if he goes near Terri's mouth.

The police officers are surrounding hospice to make sure that Terri dies.

Hospice is barracaded with special units, cruisers, K-9 units, etc. You would think that the police were guarding a convicted murderer, but instead they are ensuring that no one attempts to bring Terri a glass of water.

In the meantime, Michael Schiavo continually bans Terri's family from visiting her. Yesterday, Michael banned the family for 5 hours. He is a cruel and merciless monster.
