Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

There have been many connections made between Terri's suffering and Christ's.........and also what is happening now with what happend with the holacaust...... Did anyone else notice the 'coincidence' of the Shindler's last name? Anyone else remember Oscar Schindler?

DCF will just claim they can't take custody of a dead body so some such lame excuse. They've been slapped down by a mere probate judge twice now, so why would they step up to the plate after this is over?

I have noticed this too, except this morning on Fox & Friends the hosts were questioning several things such as why wouldn't Schiavo allow an autopsy, and why is he keeping parents from seeing Terri, and why he would not allow Terri Holy Communion today....all that adds up to even more suspicion. The emails they read this morning were all for Terri and against MS. Add Rita Cosby to the list of those supporting Terri.

Hang in there. I think we're witnessing the beginning of a movement.

We have all been conditioned to believe that third parties never have a chance, but that is simple propaganda. If enough people get ticked off about an issue like Terri a third party can become victorious in a single voting cycle.

What constitutional line gave him the power to declare a state of emergency when the hurricanes hit? Now he has police guarding a dying woman from rescuers, snipers on the roofs, and a judge discarding a congressional subpoena, and he HAS NO AUTHORITY TO CONTROL THIS SITUATION?!
