Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

I don't know of the book but I know that some of us have discernment and some don't. I will weep for those who don't and pray they learn the truth before it's too late.

Nobody wants to go against Greer's court order. He's gone all the way up the earthly chain of command, with everyone bowing to his will. He can't trump God, but he's so full of himself he thinks he can. He thinks he has the power to condemn Terri to hell by denying her Holy Communion, and declaring that she's responsible for her own murder. Boy, is he gonna be surprised!

I know that Ron Wyden (d) of Oregon was forcefully against the law that the Senate wanted to pass because he was afraid of the ramifications it might have in Oregon---I think they just passed a "right-to-die" bill, and I think that Terri's law would set precedent....

I know it is hard to celebrate right now considering what Terri is going through.. but if we can't celebrate this day ..the core of our faith.. we haven't a leg to stand on... and whether Terri should pass this day, or by some miracle, years and years from now.. she will sometime have that sweet knowlege of being with Our Saviour..

It's obscene that he would think that Terri would want to be of service to others by killing herself. I would think he's really saying that he's being of service to others by killing her.
