Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
I have to leave again for a while. I spent the day in the ER with a friend (everything's OK). I took my Bible with me to read while waiting. I was only able to read Psalm 1-12 but there sure was a lot in there that pertained to Terri.
I myself am a bit afraid of a living will..If you have one they may not treat you as agressivly and purposly let you get to a stage where "nothing else we can do " stage..Tonight I trust no one but my Lord

There's a book I'm reading now that has a lot of Revelations references in it. This book says that they've had code breakers examining the original Torah. They've run computer grids and found references to the assination of Prime Minister Rabin, World War11, the moon landing, Bill Clinton, Gulf War...etc
Some scientists had thought there might be a code in the Bible but was never able to break it until we had computers
I guess he has the Congressional Subpoena that was served to Terri also. I am sure it will be up in smoke, too. I certainly hope congress had a nice holiday however.

You have the authority to help her based on the simple fact
that the laws of Florida have not been followed in this case.
Even the new law Pres. Bush signed was not applied properly.
If you take Terri out and help her now, let Greer try to sue you. Then your legal team can expose all the illegalities of everything including Terri being at the hospice for years.

Terri Schiavo is your Chappaquiddick, and you now have the blood of Terri on your hands in addition to everyone else who helped kill her.
YOU NOW HAVE THE DISTINCTION OF BEING THE MILLENNIUM PONTIUS PILATE.
We need to fight this terrible concept that has crept into our culture alongside the concept that a woman and her "rights" over her own body allows her to make a decision to kill an unborn child.
When life support (the REAL kind -- breathing and heart pumping machines) were first invented, some people became persuaded -- for a variety of reasons -- that their loved ones should have been left to die because the machines were an "unnatural" means of keeping people alive. I remember -- I'm old enough to remember what happened. I even wondered that myself and told myself that I wouldn't want to be a burden to my children.
But after this case, God opened my eyes and I say "Hogwash!" God expects us to use the technology he's allowed us to invent and to use it for the benefit of others. The idea that people should have the right to say at what point quality of life (or lack thereof) should dictate the time of one's death is a delusion born of the evil that resides in this world.
If she is pricked by a needle (in the hand), does she react? Does THAT hand pull back or jerk? If pricked in the other hand, does that hand react?
--- IF SHE FEELS PAIN FROM A NEEDLE -> SHE FEELS THE PAIN OF THIRST AND STARVATION.
Is she drugged now: if not to unconsciousness, why not?

Terri Schiavo has not only verbalized that she wants to live but she is demonstrating her will to live.
She entered her ninth day without food and water Saturday as the result of the death order issued by Pinellas County probate court judge George W. Greer to remove her feeding tube because her estranged husband, who has blatant conflicts of interest, says that she wants to die.......
My heart is breaking for Terri and her family also
But please stop saying that .. there is nothing Jeb can do
However, for the sake of argument .. say he rushes in there and takes her out of that hospital
He will be in a contempt of court .. he could be not only arrested ... but he could also be impeached as Gov and removed from office
And in the end Terri would STILL be under court order to not be allowed the feeding tube and a Gov who has tried to save her .. will not be in office to help protect other in the State of Fl in the future
Hoping your friend is okay! Let us know if we need to pray. Oh yes, David's pleas sound so similar to what Terri is going through it's astonishing.
I am desperately hoping she is heavily drugged.
You would think that the attorneys for the Shindler family would try to do something right and already have a petition to keep Terris body from being cremated until after an autopsy---
Surely, they are working to ensure that an autopsy is done, as well as planning on enough civil lawsuits to keep MS busy for the rest of HIS life---and oh, by the way, using any and all malpractice money or life insurance money in the process---
Jeb is my Governor too. I have stood by him, but the State statutes are there to protect him as well as make
sure judges like greer aren't doing things like this.

because the Federal Law signed was not applied properly.

The Bible codes aren't at all reliable or scriptural. They tried using them on other books and got the same kinds of results. Gppd Rule of thumb: just stick to scripture as is. The Lord gave us all we need without having to resort to codes.
