Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
Ahh, isn't that Washington Post article the sweetest little thing. Doesn't it give you all warm fuzzies? Lol, Terri would join in the with big Shiavo brothers' water fights. Oh my, they're still having water fights.

I am not even sure if Jeb understands that Terri could take soft foods and drink by mouth if given the chance. I suspect that he knows less about this case than many of us do.
Not outright demand a specific judge, but there are strings that can be pulled, calendars to check, and clerks who are willing to do favors.
I think Jeb was counting on the FL State Legislature to change the law.
I would not vote for him for President if he lets Greer murder Terri. He wouldn't have the prerequisite courage, conviction and character.
He has no character. How could I trust him to protect the Constitution of the US, when he wouldn't protect that of his own state?
I guess we should not get "emotional" about a small detail like that.
Wasn't it Mike Enzi?
We been emailing, faxing, calling for years on that, but for some reason they did nothing.
I see that FAT DEMON PIG KING in the picture, let's not forget his role and he was the President of the Florida Senate in past...
If you don't listen to me ...No $$$$ fundings and deep connections into DCF and State Atty Office,etc..
Gotta go for a bit, folks. Gotta get me some life support....
But would she want to? That's the question it's dependent on.
Felos is the most evil THING I have EVER seen in my life. The lies he is spewing on tv is unbelieveable.
Terri was moved into Pinellas County when she left the Largo nursing home. I believe Largo is in Hillsbourgh County. Into Pinellas county and Greer's courtroom. That was part of the plan too.
I could convince my older grandchildren to do that, but what about the two little ones and the one on the way? Who speaks for them? There have been cases recently where the courts have ruled against parents who wanted their children to live. I am sick.
On the right side of the front webpage for theempirejournal.com today it has the following:
MURDER ONE IF TERRI DIES EMPIRE JOURNAL OBTAINS FDLE REPORT

What could this mean? Would they charge MS with murder in the first degree, like in some purported "mercy killings"??? If they don't mean MS, could they charge Greer?
Ask President Bush to use his executive powers to save Terri Schiavo. president@whitehouse.gov, or fax him.
Ask Governor Bush to act now and save Terri, and protect her right to life under the Florida Constitution.

There is only one way to find out, but that is illegal. My tagline is from an affidavit, and she is not the only one that swore an oath saying so.
Has Greer actually seen Terri in the last 2 years? Much less the last month?
Can anyone write to the Bar about ethics violations with Felos? Does anyone know what states he's a bar member?
Who is the authority over Greer in ethics matters? (Such as not recusing himself after Felos made a donation?) Is that a legislature procedure? Or is that also a Bar procedure?
Thanks
Thank you. I used the number and left a message on the answering machine, and reported to them that Terri Schiavo is being dehydrated to death, and I left my name and phone number.
DCF phone # CALL: 800.962.2873
You should also mention that she can take food and water by mouth and is being denied the opportunity from doing so.
I won't stop bugging them, though. :)

Greer is considered legally blind. He can see somewhat, however he doesn't drive and has not visited Terri.
