Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
Good grief! The reason must be that there have been threats made.
It couldn't hurt (except to draw the Christian haters and baiters).. I just know it would NOT deter certain people. now having said that, I'm all for it.. anyone else game?
I just found out that JUDGE GREER made the FDLE turn around before they reached Hospice Woodside. We are impeaching him, sooner rather than later.

When you read the bible you see all kinds of instances where the Lord does something to "flex his holy muscles" and kind of just let people know HE is STILL in charge...and I am thinking about the way things are headed for our country, getting further and further away from God...maybe this is a "modern day muscle flexing"...maybe God is trying to put everyone back in their place...I know I am looking for a miracle...but, if you know the Lord, you know it is not impossible..and maybe we will see an Easter Sunday miracle...the only reason I say so is because of the symbolism involved in this entire situation in parallel with this holy time. (Yes I want Terri to "rise" on Sunday and either say I want to live in plain and clear language or be completely healed--imagine the satan lovers faces, they would run in panic!)
The non-professional supporters had a press conference today demanding an investigation and it was better than the standard pressers. Some things work out well if they are unplanned and just happen. Judge Greer is going down.

It's been a long time since I've posted here, but Terri has been on my mind everyday.
I don't have cable/satellite, so this was the first time I got to read that transcript. I may have missed this before, but did anyone else notice that Joan (Schiavo) suddenly became Terri's "best friend", according to Felos?

FELOS: No. That's not correct. Because she made those statements to her best friend, Joan and also to her brother-in-law. There were three witnesses and numerous statements to those witnesses over different periods of time. I don't want to be kept alive artificially. No tubes for me. I want to go when my time comes. If I ever had to be dependent upon anyone, I wouldn't want to live that way.
Guess it wouldn't sound right to say "her husband, the husband's brother and that brother's wife", now would it?

Yes the timing IS perfect. I think we are so close to the return of Christ and you know that before He does come back He will try and turn the hearts of non-believers and those that teeter on the edge...this would be a great wake up call now wouldn't it?

This is so hard to take.
Whenever the state takes innocent life, it cheapens life. Maybe I should use this last sentence as my tag line.
The sad thing is, lots of people don't care much about digging into this mess to find the truth, this is reminding me of the clinton days when people were willfully blind.
