Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

I just can't believe Gibbs said that. I'm thinking Matthews was spinning the facts, - nothing new for the MSM.

Please help me. I have a few questions. How long was Terry married before she became ill? Was there ever evidence of spousal abuse early on? Did her husband ask for her tube to be removed before his malpractice lawsuit? How old are his children that he has fathered since Terry's injuries. Did anyone accuse him of being a bigamous for having a second (common law) wife. Does anyone know the name of his common law wife. Does she have anything to say about this. Does Terries death help her children get a legitament father?

Husband was "acting" as mr.perfect until he got the $$$ from the malpractice suit after he got it in his clutches wanted her to die. In fact his testimony to make sure he got the money was of a husband that wanted to use the $$ to help rehab his wife...funny during that testimony nothing was mentioned as to Terri's wish to not be kept alive. He changes his story as the wind blows and suits his purpose. Someone else will have to clue you in as to the rest of your questions. I think the common law wife is name Jody.

I love the Old Testament. Remember too in Daniel the angel literally says (literally paraphrasing here) "I was delayed", he was battling demon forces. Can you guys imagine that in today's world? I pray the same! In fact NO ONE should be hurt by this. We don't understand all that has transpired. Many of our legislators, and Governors and the President are as torn apart by all this as each and every one of us is, you can all bat on that. Please don't listen to the vicious Dems who are trying to spin this, and poll that. All involved in trying to do "whatever" it takes have been scrambling, don't doubt that!

The last thing on my mind right now is votes. I am quite sure, judging from Jeb Bushes' voice the last time I heard him, votes are the last thing on his mind as well. I am sure he is worried however, about violence and mob attitudes in FLA. He still has the rest of his state to worry about, as well as Terri!

For the last few hours, instead of praying for certain people to take certain action, I have been praying for God's will. Never unestimate the power of prayer! God Bless all you here, who are also praying!
