Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I only got voicemail for DCF. Left message that I was concerned that she would not be alive if they waited for judge's ruling - get her out now.

Can't be said often enough. I called, you can too. I told them I supported their efforts to remove Terri from the hospice as soon as possible and thanked them for their efforts.

CALL DCF NOW! They will take your call. And they will log in your comments. I just asked her if she was receiving a lot of calls about Terri Schaivo and she said yes. She told me she could log in my call and commets. I just said, "Could you get in there NOW?"

Ruoflaw...you may be right, and I backed you 100% on calling the judges.

But the Gov. said our calls are working, our prayers are working.....It's not the DCF hotline for emergencies. And this is our last chance at helping Terri!!! Err on the side of life! : )

ABC radio just said that the judge has denied allowing the DCF to remove her. Anyone know anything about this???

Greer ordered DCF not to take Terri. Emergency order. Greer said he'll rule by noon tomorrow if new evidence has merit.

At 3pm DCF stated the law that gives them the authority to take Terri since they have new evidence from a Mayo clinic doc that she's not PVS. I doubt they'd bother if they weren't going to do something. Keep praying.

I just heard the same thing. I'm not an expert, the statutes don't say DCF has to get approval from a judge.
