FReeper Henry Lee II has passed away

It is with deep sadness that I have to share the news of the passing of my dear friend and fellow FReeper, Henry Lee II.
In late February, he FReepmailed several of us and told us he had been diagnosed with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura, a blood disease that is rarely fatal. However, complications arose and he went to heavan March 1st.
He leaves behind a young wife and two children, a daughter age 6 and a son age 3.
We will all remember him for his irreverent sense of humor, his love of posting to threads that he clearly hadn't read, and his love of his Washington Redskins.
Please remember him in your prayers and share your thoughts and memories on this thread.

Wow, I certainly wasn't expect
this. .....especially after the lengthy but fairly upbeat email I received from him on 2/21 about his condition.
I talked to Greg at least once a week for over a year about music-related stuff (he had great taste), and he was always funny, good-natured, and well-informed. Learned a lot from him.
RIP, my friend.

This is very sad news, Henry was such a young guy and I had no idea he was unwell. Henry had talked often about getting together with the Richmond FReepers and I was looking forward to it as he was a bright, engaging conversationalist and committed patriot.
I'm sending out prayers for his young wife and children.
