Someone please explain to me: if the legislation passes and the Schindlers are permitted to bring the case before a federal judge, what is to prevent the judge from making the same kind of idiotic determination that Judge Greer made? I would think that any federal judge would at least have to study the new law for a couple days before declaring it unconstitutional. Let's hope the GOP has found some way to refer this case to the right kind of federal judge...one who won't declare it unconstitutional.
