I quit listening to Hannity simply because I got sick of 50% of his show being shameless self promotion.

I really like Sean I think he is a very good person and has done a lot in helping Bush win...I wish he stop playing footzie with Rangle, Lonie Davis, Barry Lynn etc. they are really bottem feeders so I many times I must turn sound off
....these kinds of people soil the mind, who needs it we live it everyday they are around us!

I'm sorry you had a rough time on that thread, cspackler. However, I have to disagree (and this is not flaming you): that's not an "example of eating your own," it's an example of robust discussion and passionate disagreement.

There's a difference.

"Eating your own" is what Sean did to FR today on national air. If he wants to make his opinion known, come here and state it. But going to millions of people who may never have (yet) heard of FR, and giving them a totally erroneous impression of the majority of what goes on here, now that's "eating your own."

Oh, and childish.

Man its a small world...been there done that multiple times, while out at Vandenburg. Nice country...the central cost.

If you're ever out that way again, make sure to hit Jocko's in Nipomo (assuming you haven't yet) - ignore the menu, order the giant grilled porkchops with apple sauce. Like none you've ever had before, or since.

Oooooh, and lookee here! Like somebody was thinking of us just now. Here I am, sitting in my own restaurant, wanting an HP steak or Jocko's chop like crazy. The Far Western and McClintock's were great, too. Wish I had a big ol' bowl of Santa Maria beans right now. And a tri-tip. Sigh. I wonder if there are any flights in there this late at night?
