The Tri-State NY NJ CT Freeper Holiday Party took place this afternoon and SHE came to the party! We got autographs, photos (they should be posted soon), etc. She stuck around for the whole entire party.
And, GOD, photos do NOT do her justice. She is so much more beautiful in person! Wow!

Went to one of Laura's booksignings and also to a live production of her show. She seemed genuinely nice and down to earth. Very striking too!

She seems like the gal who had guy friends and girl friends in school - affable, gracious, friendly.
She mentioned she had a mom who worked two jobs to make ends meet - that bring around the type of character she has.

I have found them to be paranoid and hermits, running back to their hide outs when the lights go out, as they lock doors, keep big dogs, and play with security systems. Can't say I blame them though. I too avoid the public when ever possible, and prefer my hideout to most other places. Celebrities are gawked at, chased, setup, sued, stalked, etc. Not a lot of fun off hours. Their compounds are their escapes.

An old friend of mine from high school has about Ann's build. She takes after her mother - some women are just naturally extremely slender. She had a really rough go of childbearing, but her son is a delightful little bundle.
Annie is 41.
She is going to be in Buffalo in March....anybody got some parties planned for her...?
