"And unfortunately those include most of the youth of our country."Yeah ... but we outgrew it.
If they are lucky, and we are lucky, they will outgrow it also.
Otherwise they are candidates for the cattle cars. ;)

At least 85 students worried about war, a return of the draft and the future of the environment "Hi there; what's your name?"
"Sandy."
"How old are you, Sandy?"
"Sixteen."
"You look nervous. Math is a tough subject, eh?"
"No, I'm worried about war, a return of the draft, and the future of the environment."

This does not surprise me one bit, since this news comes from behind the Granola Curtain in the Peoples' Republic of Boulder.
Those people out there are just plain loco.

The RATS get more abusive all the time. They've really gone overboard. They're now truly a totalitarian party.

I guess they don't call it the People's Republic of Boulder for nothing.

I agree! It is crazy to allow our kids to be used like this!
I remember my favorite teacher in HighSchool. I hated history until I had his class. He was colorful and fun...made learning fun. I remember going home and telling my dad that I could not understand why people were so against Communism. OMG! I will never forget my dad's reaction. He took the time and responsibility to make sure I understood that I was being misled. Of course, my dad never had to use much more than a few words and a few facial expressions for me to understand, and I had enough respect for him to begin questioning what the teacher had been telling the students. I was lucky. Many of my generation were sucked right into the "agenda".
