With the election going on today, we decided to make each of you "President" for a day. Now that you are ruling the country--what would you do? Would you give everyone Friday's off? Would you get rid of the income tax? What would you do?

America needs you. You have been made President for a day because the current one is going fishing on the new Mars settlement.

If I Were President, I Would......

Ban Taxes?
Remove The Speed Limit?
Repeal the Beer Tax? (Have to get a plug in for Burkaman 4 President!)

I would put before the American public an ammendment to the Constitution banning any type of socialist program and globalist treaty what so ever, under threat of long mandatory prison terms.

Cut everyone's taxes to 10% and let the economy roll on, and secure our borders.

If I were prez for a day. I would withdraw all US troops from Iraq, disband the coalition. Same for Afghanistan...then I would level the two places with MOABS or Nukes.


As a certain SAC warrior used to say, I would bomb them back into the stoneages.

Impose large fines for blatant partisanship in the news.

Close both the Canadian and Mexican borders permanently. Nice 40 foot wall should do.

Jail liberal judges who rewrite the law as they see fit.

Limit campaign finances to something more reasonable - like less than $ 3.5 billion.

Dismantle certain special interest groups.

Kick the UN out of the country.

Take at least 5 minutes on TV to tell pretty much the whole world to shove it.

No, I don't think they'd elect me somehow.

1st thing I'd do (really) is appointment Michael Moore as Ambassador to some country.

One that still has cannibals.

Then I would send that country (after a few weeks of not hearing from the new Ambassador)...a few cases of some antacid as I'm sure they will still have acid indigestion.

There is a town in New Hampshire which traditionally votes at Midnight. I forget the name. Results should be coming in soon.

This early voting nonsense going on in numerous States is IMHO simply not a good idea. Voting is a responsibility, and it is being under minded by these new potential opportunities for voter fraud.

If I were President I'd want to (in no particular order):

1) Make election day a national holiday
2) Take a step towards getting our fiscal house in order by reducing waste in the procurement process of every agency
3) Open up the WH to tours again (I think it's restricted now, correct me if I'm wrong)
4) Work on truly securing the Mexican Border
5) Get congress to give me a line item veto
6) Deal with Saudi Arabia
