If I were prez for a day. I would withdraw all US troops from Iraq, disband the coalition. Same for Afghanistan...then I would level the two places with MOABS or Nukes.
As a certain SAC warrior used to say, I would bomb them back into the stoneages.
If I were President, I would figure out a way to ban all US flights and currency into Cuba. No more.
