No, he didn't answer. Evidently that's called "winning the debate" in today's analysis I expect to hear after this.
Bush looks and sounds great, Schieffer sending easy questions to Kerry so far, hits Bush with the flu thing and then we'll see how often Schieffer gives Bush a chance to respond.
Bush now: So called tax on the rich is often a tax on small business owners. Bush has detailed budget.
