Did I hear this right on NBC News ? The Kerry people have "threatened " Bush that if he does not denounce the Swiftvets ads , that "everything" would be on the table ? ( Meaning they would start to attack Bushs military record )

To them, this is the essence of "critical thinking," and it never occurs to them that critical thinking can be used to SUPPORT the actions of authority, indeed, the very existence of and need for legitimate and legal authority.
