Langston Hughes was also a communist.

Edward's hair served in Vietnam.

I think the Hillary rumors can be put to bed. It won't happen, and if it did it would be great for us. The public financing thing is a possibility.

A drought compared to what is to come.

We should be 10 points ahead but the best that can be said is that we have stopped the bleeding.

That's his 'lounge lizard' look. He's had it since he's been campaigning. I call it serpentine.

I don't see why Cheney is being maligned.

Three reasons, Rintense.

One: Extraordinary propaganda relating to Halliburton, his former company, and the various cost-overrun, war-profiteering and corruption charges against it.

Two: His staff's alleged role in supposedly outing the identity of CIA agent Plame.

Three: His secretive energy task force, which is under new scrutiny and the target of a lawsuit.

Lets just say that he is to the left what Ted Kennedy is to us, i.e. a lightning rod.

They were playing Van Halen before. At least if they are going to play Van Halen, pick one of the good tunes from when Dave was still with them.

Can't wait for the footage of Edwards during the 2000 election appearing on Paula Zahns Show carrying Al Gores water and arguing that the Military ballots should be excluded from the vote counting process. That should go over REAL well!!

"Edwards stated in court that the injured party (who was dead) had spoken to him."

LOL. Good running mate for Kerry. One ticket, two liars.

"If Edwards is such an attractive candidate with great debating skills and charisma, why did Kerry wipe the floor with him?"

And if Kerry is such a great candidate himself, why does he need someone like Edwards to prop him up?

I'm wondering why no one else is mentioning a possible negative reaction from the labor unions? Kerry NEEDS their help, and I'm not sure this is going to make them happy.

My prediction... The Demonrats will promote some legislation that allows workers to sue companies that move out of country for lost wages and bennies.

It will get ALL the Unions support.

If we could just make people understand that these liberals really do see the current state of affairs as a necessary phase in the ultimate triumph of the proletariat over the bourgeoisie...
