MSNBC is about to show Kerry.....Kerry gets his photo op.
I suppose Kerry's non-photo-op expenses will be paid from campaign funds.
Gawd - I can feel the bile churning in my stomach. I hope this turns out to be his Howard Dean Scream moment!
I wish she would too, something like un-inviting him to the ceremonies on Friday, so that he can spend more quality time with his daughter. But I think John Kerry and his antics are really beneath her dignity.
I know that there was a private service immediately following Reagan's arrival at the library.
I think the list were friends of the Reagans and politicians and public figures. I can only assume this list was at the request of Nancy and the family or else it wouldn't be there. Most of the VIP's just came and went with out a big deal, I know Arnold was there but didn't hear about his appearance. Kerry probably made the biggest scene of anyone.
Venting. Yes, there is something to that...but I was making a larger point: that we simply don't need that level of hate/vitriol.
An opponent has paid his respects to one of our fallen. Mentally and emotionally, we should simply leave it at that (though the cameraman's trespass is outside the scope of that point).
Don't take this the wrong way, but I sure hope you're wrong! Ugh! Disgusting.
The thumbs up was a sign to his radical supporters that "yeah, I confirmed it, he's really dead".
Kerry wrote Reagan a nasty letter in 1987 after Reagan ordered bombing of Gadhafi's headquarters in retaliations for Gadhafi's killing of innocent Americans.
He opposed everything Reagan stood for. There aren't many leftists in office who could possibly think that hitting back at Gadhafi was a bad thing. Except Kerry. Amazing.
Stop adding fuel to the fire.
Sarge...I give the sheep a tad more credit. This was a phony photo op ...and will be seen as such.

Let me put it to you this way...This kind of behavior will NOT go down well in fly-over country.
"Yo, Carville, Bloodworth-Thomasons - it worked! We just pulled off the best photo-op since Bill! They love me, they REALLY love me!"
I despise him, too, However, I do think this will cost him.
OMG!
Thumbs-up?
WHAT is that supposed to mean?
Job well done?
JMJ.
And.....Fingerpointing.
(Did any camera catch him snickering?)
Who goes to a funeral and gives a thumbs up? Be sure to save that picture, WITH THE MEDIA CAPTION, (Thank you, AP), to your hard drive!
Notice that elderly gentleman in the background looking at him as if to say, "WTF???"
So an AP photog took the pic? AP's been allowed to take photos?
