I know one of the people who is going to the one in Newton. I was eating supper and he mentioned to me that he is going to a Moveon.org gathering in Newton. He is not a real lefty...basically moderately liberal on some things, moderately conservative on others. He is a pretty cool guy, so I was a bit disappointed that he is going.

I know one Mennonite who worked at my old Presby church and she was a very nice woman, not liberal. She was from the non-crazy branch. Your neighbor may be as well.

If it is being sponsored by a student govt. club, they probably are using taxpayer funding.

I used to live in Ohio years ago. We would drive over to Indiana in the summertime for some of the best melons on earth. I've always loved Indiana.

There may have been some talk about the Kay report, and he may have released a preliminary report (not sure), but as I recall he basically said something like "6 more months" or a similar timeframe before it is finished.

Greeting and Sallutations, AdA$tra

Unfortunately I have to work that weekend so I will not be able to attend the festivities. Probably safer for me as well.

Hey Lando did you see this one, he, he, he...

Regards

Quoting straight from it:

The Interim Progress Report is a snapshot, in the context of an ongoing investigation, of where we are after our first three months of work. It does not represent a final reckoning of Iraq's WMD programs, nor are we prepared to close the file on any of these programs.

This is the report that was due out in September. If you are thinking of something...I don't know. September's report was never said to be a final report.

Wow....I can only imagine the glassy eyed, psuedo-intellectual chuckling that would take place at these gatherings. It's a shame that ol' man Soros is footing much of the bill for this tripe. I honestly don't know if I would have the stomach or the composure to be anywhere near civil. I think I'd get arrested!

re post no.54 and the article: "FBI publicly denies spying on protesters AP ^ | 11.25.2003 | CURT ANDERSON"

I agree. The FBI is not spying on protesters. Only paranoid protesters will find this hard to believe. I'm serious.
