I would like to start (IMMEDIATELY) the process to dispose of Rhino John McFrain McCain. I need to know the documents necessary to start that process (IMMEDIATELY - not tomorrow but TODAY).
I need to know who to start the process with, Documents necessary and anyone who would be able to start a web site just to get signatures and get the ball rolling.
JonGaltSr (Freeper since 1995 (or manybe it was 1996).
Thanks
Unfortunately, the electorates become corrupted along with the long term incumbents.
1) Most of the AZ voters are Dem now and they like him, as you would expect. They've picketed signature collection events. I've had little old men drive up in their Cadillacs and spit at me. "How dare I try to recall a war hero?"
2) The Secretary of State, while GOP, will not be cooperative and will use every technicality in the book to dismiss signatures. Had this problem before by a petty, little-known SoS named Janet Brewer (And people wonder why I can't stand her).
3) He doesn't have to leave office if he doesn't want to. It's purely voluntary on his part if he resigns. 17th Amendment doesn't provide for a recall. Can you picture McQueeg leaving office voluntarily? I didn't think so.
That’s what elections are for. The left tried to do that to Scott Walker and looked like a pack of little kids stomping their feet.
For the last McQueeg recall attempt, the threshold was well north of 200,000.
When will people stop believing the “promises” of th biggest liars this side of hell, To wit: politicans?
Maybe the 3rd time is the charm?
Possibly. A clever lawyer might note that Senators do represent the State, and do have to reside in the state, therefore, that puts them ‘in’ the state as the Arizona constitution says.....Specious? Probably, but that is how lawyers might take it up.
AZ allows recall.

Well, I’ve been waiting 65 years...nothin’ yet!
LIE of the WEEK! More Norquist Nasties!

i wish i lived in az. i’d help you carry the petitions. ping me if you get it to the point where you are going to run ads.
Last time around I think it helped McCain a lot that Sarah Palin was campaigning with him and against JD Hayworth. Palin endorsed McCain for his Senate seat and stumped the state with him. Probably helped kill off any chance Hayworth had. I think Palin is just showing loyalty here, she probably feels like she owes McCain.
Actually, Palin alone has the ability to ruin McCain. She paid her dues to him. Now if she stood up and denounced McCain for his 2nd amendment and immigration stances, she may be able to show her power.
Won’t happen, despite all the hoopla about Texas, the state is middle of the road, in the aggregate, and moving left.
They are quickly importing leftists from around the nation, and illegals from everywhere else.
he may keel over at anytime. but just wonder if there is anyway senile demented senators can bed relieved if they are no longer mentally competent. here in michigan comrade levin (carl) is resigning and not seeking re elecion. thank god for this miracle
I’m in AZ and I’ll do what I can...sign whatever, to get that Traitor OUT!!
Not enough people care. We had the chance to toss him and conservatives went full metal liberal, abandoned principles and voted for the ‘lesser evil’ as we were told. And they “WON”.
As with McCain, so too Romney. I hope they choke on it. Many of us tried warning America where that road leads. We were shouted down.
Elections have consequences and principles matter.
Only chance is to get control of the Senate with enough votes to make McNut irrelevant.
I lived in Arizona for many years before retiring to Florida a couple of years ago. I hadn’t voted for McPain for several election cycles before I left. But now he is really getting out of control and should have taken the opportunity back in 2004 to become DemoRAT when he was thinking about it. Because he is nothing more than a DemoRAT in a RINO disguise. My friends in Arizona say that the problem is not only dislodging a long-term senator to get him out of office but that his vacant seat is vulnerable to the DemoRATS winning the vacated spot. He made a terrible presidential candidate for the GOP in 2008 and he’s looks even worse now kissing ass and groveling at the DemoRATS feet on this immigration bill. I think he is trying to make himself look relevant at a time when his influence is waning. He long due to be put out to pasture and get some new blood in there to replace him. He’s a classic example of these politicians that get elected and then get so enamored with the job, the power and the perks and benefits, that they just keep hanging on to enrich themselves and to hell with what’s right for the country as a whole. He needs to go home to Sedona and fish or something.
Wont happen, despite all the hoopla about Texas, the state is middle of the road, in the aggregate, and moving left.

What does the state of Texas have to do with anything regarding recalling Sen. John McCain?
