Prayer Request for My 90-Year-Old Father-in-Law

Please offer prayers for my father-in-law Joe who is to have exploratory surgery on Wednesday, 5/21/03, to determine why his lung periodically fills with fluid. He is 90 and otherwise doing pretty well. Thanks in advance to all of my prayer warrior friends for their prayers for this kind and God-fearing man.

Prayers offered for the old fellow. May God heal him and comfort your family in this time of uncertainty.

My sincere prayers have been offered. He must have that indominatible gene for longevity and may do very well, as have SEVERAL of my Dad's family -- who were "spring chickens" in their early nineties ... and who are still actively living on their own today. Sadly we are down to two remaining now one as a centenarian and the other an "almost".
