What do a cashless society, cryptocurrency, biometric technology, and microchips mean in light of Bible prophecy? In this compelling message, Dr. David Jeremiah explores how economic trends may point toward the last days and the future world system described in Scripture.
Drawing from Revelation 13, 2 Timothy 3, Hebrews, and other key passages, this teaching examines the mark of the beast, the rise of financial control, growing inequality, and the coming influence of the Antichrist and false prophet. Dr. Jeremiah also explains how believers should respond now by counting the cost of discipleship, standing confidently in God’s presence, and learning true biblical contentment.
This message connects modern financial developments with end times prophecy while calling Christians to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus Christ in uncertain times.
Topics covered:
• Cashless society and Bible prophecy
• Cryptocurrency, microchips, and end times technology
• The mark of the beast explained

“They will throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will be treated as a thing unclean. Their silver and gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’s wrath. They will not satisfy their hunger or fill their stomachs with it, for it has made them stumble …”
Ezekiel 7:19
Key Bible Verses on the Vanity of Wealth
Ecclesiastes 5:10 – “Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless.” King Solomon, renowned for his immense wealth, wrote extensively in Ecclesiastes about how chasing material possessions is like “chasing the wind.”
Matthew 6:19-21 – “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven...” In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus emphasizes that earthly wealth is fragile and vulnerable, while spiritual treasure is eternal.
Proverbs 11:4 – “Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.” Similar to the passage in Ezekiel, Proverbs highlights that money holds absolutely no leverage when facing ultimate judgments.
Luke 12:15 – “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” Jesus shared this right before telling the Parable of the Rich Fool, who hoarded grain for himself but died suddenly, leaving his wealth behind.
1 Timothy 6:17 – “Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.”
Bible aside.
Despite all the newest and best technology, this opens Pandora’s box when it comes to several economic vulnerabilities.
Government will love it because of “complete control.”
Business will love it, also more control but also much greater automation and metrics on consumer behavior etc.
If government AND big business want this, it will come.
Forget morality, forget what this means in terms of economic vulnerabilities against other nation states. Greed and power over rides all.
If they were smart, they would require on the left hand, so the whole biblical thing would be out the door. However, being that Democrats are nasty, they’ll probably require forehead just to just to piss off the conservatives.
My phone can be used for spending by either opening it with face recognition or thumb print.
Other signs are earthquakes, droughts and famine and most telling of alll . . . . sharknados. Never had them before.
YES
(Government will love it because of “complete control.”)
Absolutely
The World’s Governments WILL make this happen
Count on it
