There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah
Come, behold the works of the Lord, how he has brought desolations on the earth. He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the chariots with fire.
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah

Father,
Thank You for all the great blessings with which You've blessed us. Thank You for safety, freedom, prosperity, and lack of life endangering persecution.
We thank You for President Trump and his cabinet, that they acknowledge and exalt You and look to You for guidance.
Please, continue to give them wisdom about the many serious decisions that need to be made. Give them strength to endure the pressure from the world. Give them the wisdom of Solomon and great discernment to know and do YOUR will, not the will of those motivated by the enemy who oppose You and us.
Thank You for the great and daring rescue of the pilots in Iran and their safety and survival. Lord, please help them heal both physically and mentally and emotionally. Continue to protect our service members that no more lives are lost.
Please bring justice back to our country and that people would demand and stand for the rule of law applied equally over race based favoritism. Please remove unjust judges however You see fit and replace them with judges who judge justly according to the law and do not overstep their bounds
And lastly, please protect our elections, that fair and honest elections would ensue and that You would put in more leaders who do righteously. We don't deserve that mercy because of the sins of our nation, but we ask for it anyways, and that through it, You would bring many more souls to Yourself.
In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Troparion
Behold the Bridegroom comes at midnight, / and blessed is the servant whom He shall find watching, / and again unworthy is the servant whom He shall find heedless. / Beware, therefore, O my soul, do not be weighed down with sleep, / lest you be given up to death and lest you be shut out of the Kingdom. / But rouse yourself crying: Holy, Holy, Holy, are You, O our God! / Through the Theotokos have mercy on us!
Kontakion
Jacob lamented the loss of Joseph, / but his noble son was seated on a chariot / and honored as a king. / For when he refused to be enslaved / by the pleasures of the Egyptian woman, / he was glorified by the Lord who beholds the hearts of men, / and bestows upon them an incorruptible crown.
Amen to your Prayer.
Psalm 91
1 You who live in the shelter of the Most High,
who abide in the shadow of the Almighty,*
2 will say to the Lord, ‘My refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.’
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler
and from the deadly pestilence;
4 he will cover you with his pinions,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.
5 You will not fear the terror of the night,
or the arrow that flies by day,
6 or the pestilence that stalks in darkness,
or the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only look with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the Lord your refuge,*
the Most High your dwelling-place,
10 no evil shall befall you,
no scourge come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways.
12 On their hands they will bear you up,
so that you will not dash your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the adder,
the young lion and the serpent you will trample under foot.
14 Those who love me, I will deliver;
I will protect those who know my name.
15 When they call to me, I will answer them;
I will be with them in trouble,
I will rescue them and honour them.
Amen to every praise and petition.
Amen to Every Word of your Wonderful Prayer, Dear Servant of Jesus Christ.
Joining you in Thanksgiving, Prayer, and Praise.
AMEN!
