Throughout the West and here in America a slash-and-burn operation conducted against the Genesis account, particularly its’ literal and historical elements, is justified by the false idea that evolution is empirical science, thus intolerance of special creation is often presented as a ‘science versus religion’ or ‘faith versus reason’ issue. So successful has this war of attrition been that younger generations of Westerners and Americans have been disconnected from both Western history and its’ founding Christian-based worldview, thus like seedlings recently popped up from barren soil are unconcerned that special creation, where the ultimate source of life, consciousness, soul (inner person), and unalienable rights are found, has nearly been displaced by anti-human magical pagan conceptions positing billions of years of evolutionary transformism from lower kinds of things to higher and higher kinds of things – even non-human kinds of things:

I have been pondering if and how spirit beings might indwell or inhabit robots (AI/machinery). That is a potentially great concern.
Yes, that's accurate. Robots will not actually live since life is of the Lord, not of evil spirits. So what is necessary is for evil spirits to capture the minds of AI technologists and direct them in the programming of robots desired by evil spirits --lifelike movement of limbs, hands; lifelike movement of lips and eyes, etc. With that achieved, evil spirits can inhabit the body of the already mobile robot and make it appear to 'live' through control of robot movements, speaking through robot mouth, and through robot eyes hypnotize people-- all through control of AI.
Inhabiting mobile robots might in many ways be easier for evil spirits than inhabiting the body of a human. This is because evil spirit lacks control over muscles. You saw this when you watched Nefarious. If you'll recall, we knew exactly when Nefarious took control of the human he inhabited because his control over facial muscles, larynx, eye movement, mouth, and movement of the head was so poor the head jerked, face and lips spasmed continually and voice differed greatly from the human voice
Since robots have no muscles, inhabitation should appear persuasively lifelike, therefore thoroughly fascinating to godless humans.
I forgot to mention in my previous response, that if inhabiting spirit is an elemental spirit, then the ease of inhabiting an already mobile robot is simplified by their powers over earth, wind, fire, water, and energy. In times past, elemental spirits (powers and principalities) were the greatly feared storm gods and goddesses.
I've never heard that. That must vary from case to case.
I've heard of some cases of possession in which tiny women had such strength that they could throw big men and furniture across a room.

But control of the body in general seems to pose no problem as they can cause the possessed to exert supernatural strength.
In researching this issue just now I found very little information regarding supernatural strength although we know it occurs.
With respect to robots and AI the proper term seems to be infestation rather than possession. Evil spirits can infest all manner of things from forests, machines, Ouija boards, talisman, buildings, and so on, so will have no trouble with Artificial Intelligence and robots.
Regarding the occult, it is of Satan's kingdom and covers everything from nature religions, the Mysteries, Luciferianism, materialism, pantheism, ideology, evolution, Darwinism, witchcraft, sorcery, magic, occult devices, and so on. For more on the occult buy a copy of Dr Kurt Koch's "Occult ABCs"

I’m thinking as technology advances, holograms will appear more 3-dimensional and life-like as well, in a virtual reality.
