Yes, that's accurate. Robots will not actually live since life is of the Lord, not of evil spirits. So what is necessary is for evil spirits to capture the minds of AI technologists and direct them in the programming of robots desired by evil spirits --lifelike movement of limbs, hands; lifelike movement of lips and eyes, etc. With that achieved, evil spirits can inhabit the body of the already mobile robot and make it appear to 'live' through control of robot movements, speaking through robot mouth, and through robot eyes hypnotize people-- all through control of AI.

Inhabiting mobile robots might in many ways be easier for evil spirits than inhabiting the body of a human. This is because evil spirit lacks control over muscles. You saw this when you watched Nefarious. If you'll recall, we knew exactly when Nefarious took control of the human he inhabited because his control over facial muscles, larynx, eye movement, mouth, and movement of the head was so poor the head jerked, face and lips spasmed continually and voice differed greatly from the human voice

Since robots have no muscles, inhabitation should appear persuasively lifelike, therefore thoroughly fascinating to godless humans.

I forgot to mention in my previous response, that if inhabiting spirit is an elemental spirit, then the ease of inhabiting an already mobile robot is simplified by their powers over earth, wind, fire, water, and energy. In times past, elemental spirits (powers and principalities) were the greatly feared storm gods and goddesses.

I've never heard that. That must vary from case to case.

I've heard of some cases of possession in which tiny women had such strength that they could throw big men and furniture across a room.

Of course, in Acts 19:16:

Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding. (NIV)

And the case of the Gerasenes man in Mark 5:3-4:

This man lived in the tombs, and no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain.
For he had often been chained hand and foot, but he tore the chains apart and broke the irons on his feet. No one was strong enough to subdue him. (NIV)

However, as to the indwelling of a machine, a machine would make as much sense as a wooden, clay, or metallic idol/figurine, I guess. Other than in a few old movies, I've never seen or heard of examples of that.
