FATHER GOD

Come, everyone! Clap your hands! Shout to GOD with joyful praise! For the LORD Most High is awesome. He is the Great King of all the earth. He subdues the nations before us, putting our enemies beneath our feet. He chose the Promised Land as our inheritance, the proud possession of Jacob’s descendants, whom He loves.

GOD has ascended with a mighty shout. The LORD has ascended with trumpets blaring. Sing praises to GOD, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises! For GOD is the King over all the earth. Praise Him with a psalm.

GOD reigns above the nations, sitting on His holy throne. The rulers of the world have gathered together with the people of the GOD of Abraham. For all the kings of the earth belong to GOD. He is highly honored everywhere. (Psalm 47)

FATHER GOD, You are high above the midst of chaos, hatred, and destruction in this world. People ask, “What to do?” But JESUS has already won the victory!

Let us declare, “GOD reigns above the nations. The kings of the earth belong to Him. He is highly honored everywhere!”

You have Commanded us to shine the light of CHRIST wherever we go. Let us not hide our light under a bushel out of fear or indifference.

Awaken Your people to be as men and women of old.

Our ancestors trusted in You, and You rescued them. They cried out to You and were saved. They trusted in You and were never disgraced. (Psalm 22:4-5)

“Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; but the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. (Isaiah 60:1-3)

A Prayer For Your Love To Shine Forth

Loving Lord and Heavenly Father, thank You that I am Your child. Father, I pray that my life may become so saturated with Christ Jesus, that people don’t see me anymore, but see Jesus in me, to Your praise and glory.

Father, however I am treated by other people, I pray that Your love may shine forth in me. Whatever happens in my life, I ask that Your peace and joy would abide within me. No matter what difficulties I may encounter in life, teach me to be patient and kind in all my dealings with others and manifest the goodness and grace in me that only comes from You. However hard times may become, I pray that I may be gentle and self-controlled in my actions and attitudes. May I be a good and faithful servant, and Lord, I thank You that no matter what happens, even when I step away from You, You remain faithful.

Lord, I know that I cannot develop the fruit of Your Holy Spirit through my own effort or will, but only as I rest in Christ. Help me to abide in You I pray.
